Why we collect 50% deposit in the first place? We want to minimise the rates of last-minute cancellations and to assist clients in securing their preferred time slot with the photographer.

Once the photographer’s time blocked. He/She cannot take up another slot and if you cancel the job, the photographer will be jobless for that slot of time. This is to compensate for their income lost.
