• A 50% deposit request to blocked photographer's time. Once blocked, the time is secured for the client.
  In any situation, should there with any cancellation/postpone. Deposit will not be refund. We seek your kind understanding in this matter, as it compensates the photographer for the lost income due to the time locked and unavailability for other projects.

• Balance payment to be made at the end of the event (with transportations and entrance fees, if applicable). Invoice and receipt will be issue upon request.
  
  

• Please ensure that you have cleared all final payments before the release of all event photographs..

*We will not send weird link or QR code to request for deposit or final payment. 

• The Download link for client to retrieve their event photos and it timeline is 2 weeks, after that it will be removed. Please Download within timeline.

• NEVER use mobile phone to download. Party photos are larger in files size. Use home computer with good wifi connection.

• BACKUP. Parents must safe keep your little one's party images. Best practice, use both external hard disk and cloud base to do your backup. 

• Kids Party Photography, includes the photographer of the day, we do not backup client's photos on our side. We will however keep with us one month from the date we deliver the link to you. After which, we will removed the event folder. We are always ready for the next party.
